Flexibility, Choice and Experience

We can work with a wide variety of polymers and elastomers to suit your application.

Our Materials

We are able to extrude or cast a broad range of materials in order to meet our customers’ requirements. Our co-extrusion technology permits us to extrude multiple materials simultaneously into a multilayer construction, and our lamination process can apply carpet, foam, film or foil to either or both sides of our extruded products. If an existing material doesn’t meet your requirements we would be happy to formulate a bespoke resin tailored to your application using our compounding capability.

By combining our manufacturing capabilities we continuously deliver exceptional quality to customers looking for:

  • Thermoplastics
  • Elastomerics
  • Engineered Plastics
  • Shielding Plastics for PPE
  • Conductive Plastics
  • High Service Temperature Plastics
  • Flame Retardant Plastics and Rubbers
  • Biodegradable Plastics
